The villa is set in the private and highly sought-after established residential area of Cap Marti.

This distinguished family home lies amongst the similarly large plots and individually designed houses of this very private and sought-after established residential area esconced between pine-covered hills. Overlooking the El Arenal beach area and enjoying wonderful views of the famous outline of Cap San Antoni, every advantage of this prime location can be taken as situated just to the south of the property stretches a section of protected forest and the indents of a jagged and beautiful coastline full of secluded coves and bays.

It is within this setting, close to beaches, restaurants, shops, schools, golf courses, luxury spa hotels and open countryside that the villa finds itself on a plot covering 2200m2, and with a built area of 355m2. Wide terraces surround the large private swimming pool, from which to view the extensive garden and beautifully night time illuminated trees, creating an environment ideally suited to the outdoor lifestyle that the local climate makes possible.

The villa benefits not only from its location on the perimiter of the Tosalet urbanisation with its good quality roads, street lighting and underground telephone and power cables, but also from the additional  pedestrian entrance at the rear of the property which lies opposite the well-known exclusive 5* Luxury El Rodat Spa Hotel with its tennis courts, gymnasium and beauty salons and spa facilities, all open to the public.
